Carved stones near the temple of the Gram deva

There are five hero stones in various sizes, which are datable to c. 12th to 14th century CE. The bigger one out of the five contains five relief sculptural scenes in five panels. The first one shows a woman seated in the palanquin being carried in a procession.The second scene depicts the war with soldiers on foot and horse back as well. The third scene contains the deceased hero seated in a vimanabeing carried by celestial damsels, three on each side. The fouth scene contains Siva linga in the centre and flanked by deceased hero with his wife on the right, and Nandi on the left side. The hero stone is capped by torana and Kirtimukha on the top of the centre. The remaining stones also have the same scenes of the procession of the hero, the hero with his wife and the Sivalinga flanked by the hero and Nandi, etc.
