Assignable to the 12th century CE this temple facing east, has a garbhagriha with a pradakshina patha, an antarala and a mukhamandapa in sarvatobhadra form. Originally, it must have housed the image of Chaturmukha linga, which is now kept on the western side of the mukhamandapa. Most of the doorjambs in the temple have pancha shakhas with dwarapalas. The chauri bearers, Rati Manmatha is shown at the bottom on either side. On both sides of the eastern entrance to the mukhamandap, two jalandhras with dancers and musicians are carved within scroll design which are excellent specimens of imitation of wooden prototypes in stone there are devakostas on either side of the main entrance. The outer walls of the temple are carved with sculpture of deities, pilasters and niches capped with miniature sikhars, important among them sculptures are, Brahma, Vishnu with his incarnations and Siva in his different forms. The extant shikhara portion contains images of Nataraja, Ugranarasimha, Ganesa, Sarasvati and Mahishasurmardini etc. The adhishthan portion contains friezes of horses, elephants and scroll designs.
