Siddeshvar Temple

This temple facing west and assignable to 11th century CE, has a garbhagriha, an antarala, a navaranga and three mukhamandapas on the three sides of navaranga. The doorway of the garbhagriha is exquisitely carved. The garbhagriha houses an image called Siddesvara. On either side of the antarala are some loose sculptures. There are images of Parvati and Siva in the niches on the exterior wall. Over the antarala doorway are Brahma, Siva and Vishnu. Above the garbhagriha is raised a Dravida sikhara with a shukanasi projection on its front pillars.
