Located about 260 yards (approx. 240 mts) south of Chand Bavdiis the isolated tower known as the ‘UparjiBurz’ (lofty tower). A Persian inscription near the top, states that it was built about 1584 CE. The tower is round and about 80 feet high and to be climbed by a flight of stone steps winding round central core. It was probably used for storing all necessary war materials.
